Keeping us up to date


Please make sure you let us know as soon as possible when you change your:

·        Name

·        Address

·        Phone number

·        E-mail address (if this is how we communicate with you).


Checking your account


We recommend that you check your statement as soon as you receive it.

If there is an entry which seems to be wrong, you should tell us as soon as possible so that we can sort it out. If we need to investigate a transaction on your account, you should co-operate with us and the police, if we need to involve them.

Please let us know immediately if you believe that your account is being used by anyone else who is not authorised to do so.

What to do if you lose your Remitter card


If you lose your Remitter card it is essential that you tell us as soon as you can. The best way to advise us about the loss is by phone or fax, using the numbers that we have given you. 


Telephone Remittance Service


Please note that the Bank has strict controls in place to ensure that anyone using the Telephone Remittance Service. If the service agent cannot sufficiently identify you then you may be refused service.
